Meeting and Retreat Facilitation
I’ll chat with you to understand what you want to achieve from your meeting or retreat. I’ll ask questions to learn more about your organization and people. Then I’ll put together an agenda and process to meet your goals. You can give me your feedback to ensure what I do will fit your culture.
If your group likes to have a little fun while working hard, I’ve got that covered. If they want to focus solely on getting the job done, I can offer an efficient process. Or maybe a little of both…
You have a lot of roles to play in your organization – facilitator doesn’t have to be one of them, especially for those occasional, really important meetings and retreats.
Strategic Plan Development
You’re busy. It’s hard to plan for the future when the present is giving you plenty to do. But you know you need a plan for your organization and programs.
If you need to gather information first, I can help with that – interviewing stakeholders, employing surveys, running focus groups, analyzing information, generating reports.
Your staff need a common playbook to work together. Your Board needs a clear idea of what your organization does and where it’s going. Your funders want to see your plan before they’ll invest. And you need the plan to see where the gaps are coming up that partners can fill.
Grant Proposal Writing
You need additional funding, but it may be hard to fit in the time to write proposals. Or you may feel like you need a fresh set of eyes on how to communicate your organization’s story.
I can quickly get up to speed on what you do and the needs you are meeting. I can ask you a few questions to get the specifics. You review everything I write. It can be a relatively painless process.
